A Ground Staff is an individual who works at the Airport handling the day-to-day daily operation and other related activities in and around the Airport. They work in shifts. Some of the many key activities they perform are Handling passenger queries, cabin cleaning ,catering, ticket sales, planning, monitoring, and controlling airline flight operations are some of the responsibilities they perform.
